Details: Collecting new hats, gloves, mittens and coats for Stark County kids. Don’t have time to buy hats and mittens but still want to participate?  Monetary donations can be dropped off or mailed into the Stark County Association of Deputies at:  66 Museum Drive W, Dickinson, ND 58601
